.75 x 4 inches from the top of hand made wire bale. This gorgeous dichroic glass pendant is both opaque and translucent. The upper portion is opaque black with inserts of dichroic glass in shades of golds, reds, turquoise, and blues. The lower portion is translucent cherry reds, which will change with the color of the background clothing it is set against. It is set with dichroic bars of silver and golds and purples. The surface is enhanced with 22k gold which has been fired into the piece, giving the appearance of many dimensions within the glass. This is set into a handmade setting of heavy gold filled wire, which enhances the piece and with its oversized bale, allows for heavy chains of metal or silk cord.
